Work late. Do not wake the rest of the team.
Each person sets work days and hours on their profile. Outside that window — or on leave — Skrum holds push, desktop, overlays, and toasts. Email still sends. Inbox still records. They see it in the morning.
Their schedule, not yours
You working at 23:00 does not ping a teammate whose day ended at 17:00. Recipients’ hours win. Agents follow the same rule.
Leave and sick days
Approved leave mutes the same surfaces. Work still lands in Skrum. It waits. No “just a quick ping.”
Calendar is the exception
A reminder at event start still fires — they put that time on the calendar. Everything else waits until the window opens.
